SC Waterloo travelled to Scarborough for the late game with two decisive 4-0 early season wins,  but the  home side opened the scoring at 25 minutes when forward Kavin Bryan beat Waterloo goalkeeper Dalibor Ivanovic for a 1-0 score. It was 1-0 at the break.

Midfielder Neven Radakovic increased the lead to 2-0 at 72 minutes, collecting a pass from Kiril Dimitrov, and both players were involved in a third goal when Dimitrov found the net at 85 minutes for a 3-0 score at the final whistle.
