A southwestern Ontario clash between London City and SC Waterloo, set for Friday night at the Hellenic Centre in London, will be the only First Division game scheduled in the Canadian Soccer League during this final weekend of the World Cup.
These teams occupy the cellar positions, both having registered just a single victory with one-third of the campaign completed. London City had a similar record after seven games in 2013, while SC Waterloo were fifth in the table with three wins and two ties before finishing in that same position at the end of the regular season and going on to capture the CSL Championship on November 3.
All First Division teams are in action the weekend July18 -20.
