CSL playoffs will begin in just over a month when the top eight in each of the two divisions will play their one-game quarter-finals, tentatively set for the weekend October 12 to 14, to be followed by the one-game semi-finals the weekend October 19 to 21.
The top four teams will have home game advantage in the quarter-finals, with a schedule of games of teams in the following positions drawn together: 1 vs 8, 2 vs 7, 3 vs 6 and 4 vs 5.
The CSL Championship Final will be played at Centennial Stadium in Etobicoke on Saturday, October 27 and there will be additional announcements during the week September 10.
The top teams are all in action this coming weekend, with league-leading
Montreal Impact Academy have moved their First Division game with Serbian White Eagles on Sunday from the St Jean de Vianney ground to the Claude-Robillard Sports Complex at 1000 Émile Journault in Montreal and there is an additional game in the Second Division this weekend with Windsor Stars B playing a home game at Windsor Stadium against Brantford Galaxy B on Saturday, a game previously scheduled for August 25 but which was postponed.
